Rajasthan REAP Counselling
The admission will be organized by Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), Kota. Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process is a state level admission procedure. Candidates are offered admission in the University and affiliated institutes on the basis of JEE Main/ NATA Scores. Admission is provided in B.E. / B.Tech/ B.Arch. courses. The university does not conduct any entrance exam to provide admission.

Merit List Preparation
REAP Merit list is prepared separately for candidates applying through JEE Main score and candidates applying on the basis of class xii marks. The merit list for a special round of REAP seat allotment process will be prepared on the basis of the following factors:
- First priority will be given to candidates from Rajasthan applying through JEE Main scores
- Second priority will be given to candidates from Rajasthan applying through class xii board results
- Third priority will be given to candidates from outside Rajasthan applying through JEE Main scores
- Fourth priority will be for candidates from outside Rajasthan applying for admission into the BTech programmes through class XII board results.

REAP Counselling – Seat Allotment Round 1
The round 1 of seat allotment for candidates seeking admission through REAP will be held for those candidates who are from outside of Rajasthan state, children of Ex-Servicemen, PWD category or Kashmiri Migrants.

REAP Counselling – Seat Allotment Round 1
The round 1 of seat allotment for candidates seeking admission through REAP will be held for those candidates who are from outside of Rajasthan state, children of Ex-Servicemen, PWD category or Kashmiri Migrants.
REAP Counselling – Seat Allotment Round 2
The round 2 of seat allotment for candidates seeking admission through REAP will be held for those candidates belonging to the state of Rajasthan.
REAP Counselling – Seat Allotment Round 3
The round 3 of seat allotment for candidates seeking admission through REAP will be again held for those candidates who belong the state. Candidates who have exhausted their choices in earlier rounds of REAP seat allotment will be eligible to participate in this round.
Those candidates who will be allotted seats in earlier rounds of seat allotment but were selected for upward movement can also participate in the Round 3 of REAP seat allotment process.
REAP Counselling – Seat Allotment Special Round
The special rounds of seat allotment for candidates seeking admission through REAP will be held for the seats left vacant after all the three rounds of REAP counselling conducted successfully. Candidates from outside the state of Rajasthan will be allowed to participate in the special seat allotment round of REAP 2021 counselling process.
This round will be held at the institute level and candidates will be asked to make the payment of Rs 700 as a nonrefundable fee to be able to participate in the special rounds seat allotment process.
Candidates with the following eligibility will be able to participate in the special round seat allotment of the REAP counselling process.
- Candidates who will not make choice/option during the earlier registrations
- Candidates who will not be allotted any seats during the earlier rounds due to the exhausted choices
- Candidates who will not be allotted seats can also participate in this round by withdrawing their admission through the earlier round within the due date
Priority sequence for the special round seat allotment process of REAP Counselling 2021
Information
Centre for Electronic Governance (CEG) will commence the REAP 2021 counselling process tentatively in the first week of July. The counselling of REAP 2021 will consist of three main rounds of counselling and a special round. The authorities will be conducting separate REAP counselling 2021 for Rajasthan candidates and outside Rajasthan candidates. Candidates who will be able to qualify REAP 2021 will be eligible to participate in the counselling process. After the counselling session, the authorities will conduct REAP 2021 seat allotment and candidates will be able to check the results on the official website.
